1. General conditions / conclusion of the contract
With your order a legally binding sales contract comes into force which is based on the following terms and conditions.
All prices are inclusive of the legal value added tax.
2. Terms and conditions of revocation
Revocation for consumers according to § 13 BGB
The right of revocation does not apply for goods which were produced according to the client´s specifications or which are without a doubt custom-made for the customer's individual requirements, which due to their caractaristics are not suitable for return, and for the delivery of audio- or video recordings or software which has been unsealed by the customer.
Right of withdrawl
You may revoke your declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of two weeks in textual form (e.g. by letter, facsimile, e-mail ) without stating a reason or – in case you receive the goods before expiry - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, not, however, before receipt of the goods (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties defined by § 312c sec 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 sec. 1. , 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duties according to § 312e sec 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In order to meet the revocation deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time.

Cancellation consequences
In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued shall be released. Should the customer not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of goods surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is brought about solely by a tryout thereof - such as would have been possible for you e.g. in a retail shop. For any deterioration that occurred by using the goods as intended, you do not have to pay an indemnification.
Goods capable of being sent by parcel post should be returned to us at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return if the deliverd goods conform with the ordered one's and if the price of the returning goods do not exceed an amount of 40,00 Euros. You also have to pay for the return although the price exceeds 40,00 Euros, when you have not reciprocated or performed a partial payment as contracted at the time of the revocation. In all other cases return delivery is free of charge for you. Items not able to be sent in a package shall be picked up. Requests for re-compensation for payments must be met within 30 days. The period starts for you after sending the declaration of withdrawal or after returning the goods, for us on receipt of such.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
Please fill in the return slip inside the packet completely so that we can credit the value of the goods. Please understand that we are not in a position to refund the return postage costs. We must therefore ask you to return the packet postpaid to us .
EXCHANGE - RETURN
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept textiles which are unworn, undamaged, clean and without signs of wear and tear!
Please take notice of our basic principle: we do not accept freight forward packets.
3. Packaging and shipping costs
3.1 As a basic rule we send our good as insured parcels with the logistics company DHL. Our standard packaging and shipping charge is €6.50 for packages up to 5 items per order. For every additional item we charge €4.00. Our packaging and shipping charge within the EU is €15.00 for packages up to 5 items per order. For every additional item we charge €4.00 In specific cases (so called remote areas) we charge an additonal fee of €22.00 according to the terms of DHL.
3.2 For express deliveries up to 5 items we charge a fee of €20.00 within Germany. For every additional item we charge €4.00. The fee into EU countries is charged according to prior agreements.
3.3 Bulky goods and packages over 31kg are charged according to the real costs of transport. In this case we will contact and inform you priorly via email or telephone.
3.4 Please bear in mind: non-EU countries (Switzerland!) might charge customes duties which are not included in our invoice total. That means that in this case the additional customers duties, which the customs charge directly from the customer, have to be payed in addition to our invoice.
3.5 In the event that several articles are ordered for the purpose of display / selection the customer has to pay the packaging and shipping costs for returned packages.
4. Delay
In the event of any delay we will inform you via email or telephone.
5. Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to deliver goods equal in quality and price (goods or services), resp. not to provide the promised service in the event of non-availability.

PLEASE NOTE: The item ordered must be paid within 7 days after the order was placed, otherwise we reserve the right to use the material otherwise.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
We reserve the title to the goods until full payment is made.
7. Data protection
All personal data are treated confidentially as a matter of principle.
