1.General conditions

Your customer data will be asked for, used and stored exclusively for the order process. The legal basis for this are the rules and regulations according to Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) und des Teledienstedatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG).
2. Handing on cutomer´s data

To be able to process your order and to deliver, we hand on your data to the delivery service who is handling your delivery only.


3. Additional services

To supply you with additional services (customer account, newsletter) we need your agreement. You can withdraw this agreement at any time in our online—shop, or via email or telephone.

3.1Customer registration and handing out of a customer number (customer account): If you like to, we will save your name and address in a customer data-base. After applying for this service, you will get your customer number and a password by e-mail, within 3-4 days. Using this data you can get register the next time you visit our online shop. After successful registration name and adress are automatically filled into the order form and do not have to be entered every time. Sensitive data such as account- or credit card numbers are not retained for security reasons.

3.2 Information on a regular basis (newsletter): If you order our newsletter we will supply you with news and offers on a regular basis by e-mail. The cancellation of the newsletter is very easy by using a option directly inside the newsletter.
